Our team worked on the following recent transactions:

Rugeley Power Station: Mandated lead arranger of the £485 million refinance and construction facilities for Rugeley Power Limited, a 1,050MW merchant, coal fired power station owned by International Power plc.

Lancashire Waste Partnership: Mandated lead arranger of the £339 million construction, bridge and term debt funding for the GRL and Bovis Lend Lease Holdings sponsored integrated network of waste management facilities in Lancashire under a 25 year PFI concession.
